Many so-called experts will credit RFK Jr. Apology in 4 years
Earlier this month, NBC News ran a story titled “Fluoride once again examined for potential effect on children’s brains.” The second I finished scanning the title, my first thought in the form of a question to myself was: “By the end of the Trump administration, how many pundits, Democrats, pundits, journalists, and celebrities will condemn Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s apology?”
In November, just days before President Donald Trump’s victory, Kennedy warned that “on January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.S. water systems to remove fluoride from public water. Fluoride is an industrial waste linked to arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, and loss of Intelligence, neurodevelopmental disorders, and thyroid diseases.”
For years, Kennedy has been warning about fluoride in our waters, and for several years, countless “experts,” journalists, and politicians have called his warnings “controversial,” “junk science,” and “crazy.”
But…not anymore.
Returning to the report from NBC, we have this: “The research, published in JAMA Pediatrics on Monday…found a statistically significant association between higher fluoride exposure and lower children’s IQ scores,” with scientists noting “a reduction of 1.63 IQ points in Children’s exposed.
amazing. If Kennedy is right about the danger of fluoride in terms of intelligence loss – and he clearly is – what is right about his other warnings about fluoride? Or for that matter, every other health problem has truly been waving a red flag over the past few decades?
What about the red dye no. 3? RFK Jr. has been warned. Also from that for years. As you may have heard recently, the FDA has banned food coloring, because many believe it causes cancer. No red dye. 3 has long been banned in other countries, including the entire European Union, Australia and New Zealand.
Why did the FDA wait until the dawn of the Trump administration to act? Because they knew that once confirmed as Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kennedy was about to land on them like a ton of bricks. “FDA’s war on public health is about to end,” Kennedy posted on “Pack your bags.”
Many on the left who loved Kennedy when he was a Democrat now call him “crazy,” “controversial” and “dangerous.” Tens of millions of people in our nation and around the world have different labels for him: “hero” and “life saver.”
Many of those who have attacked him over the past two years have done so out of blind and ignorant loyalty to a system and ideology that many believe has negatively impacted the public health of every American, including millions of children. Instead of delivering a knee-jerk attack on Kennedy, perhaps they should have taken a few moments to educate themselves. The best place to do this was his X account before the election.
If they had done so, they would have learned that Kennedy dedicated his life to saving the lives of others, especially children. He wasn’t in it for the money, fame or power. He was exposed to all of these things as a child and young adult, and believed they were empty vessels unless they were turned for good.
Go back and read his actual posts about Covid. Go back and read his actual posts about Ukraine. He bravely went against conventional wisdom—and entrenched elites—on both topics. He paid a very high price in terms of his reputation. And guess what – he didn’t care.
He has been screaming for a ceasefire in Ukraine since day one. I have long sided with him on Ukraine and quoted him frequently in my works. Just as he has shouted from day one about the harsh diktats, the loss of freedom and millions of children being punished due to the overreaction and deliberate power grabs associated with Covid.
For anyone with a strong platform, sooner or later, you will have to ask yourself the two most important questions of your life: “If not me, who? If not now, when?”
Trump asked himself these questions in 2015 as he dove into the political arena to save the country he loved. Kennedy had been asking himself these questions for years and stepping up when many turned away.
Trump chose Kennedy because he believed he would move the needle quickly to “make America healthy again” while saving untold lives in the process. Four years from now, I will look back at how many smeared Kennedy for his courageous beliefs and the warnings he gave in his apology. This list must be long.
