Trump says Gaza will give us by Israel
President Trump said on Friday that Israel will get Gaza to the United States, and expanded in his plan to capture the war -torn region, which warned it to a permanent transfer to the Palestinians.
The president told reporters that Gaza “will get us Israel” and said that his proposal bears the responsibility of the Gaza Strip, which is currently under Hamas’s control, “a good reception.”
“We don’t want to see everyone going out and then return again within 10 years,” Trump added.
He doubled the push of the Palestinians to leave Gaza after he shook the policy of the American Mediterranean on Tuesday by announcing during a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that he would support the resettlement of the Palestinians to Egypt and Jordan, although these countries reject the deal.
On Friday, Trump said that his plan “would lead to great stability in the region” for “a little money.”
The President claimed, one day ago, that Israel would hand over Gaza to the United States “at the end of the fighting” about 16 months after the war against Hamas and the recent conversion agreement.
Its idea of controlling Gaza, which led to a retreat from Arab leaders and some Republicans, has also strengthened questions about whether the acquisition of the area will require American military shoes on the ground.
White House press secretary Caroline Levitte on Wednesday insisted on Trump’s failure to send the US military to Gaza, although the president suggests the night before “we will do what is necessary.”
Defense Minister Beit Higseth said on Wednesday that the United States government is “far -reaching” from interfering in the tape.
